Marken's Anti Corruption Policy

Le groupe Marken (« Marken ») s’engage à agir avec honnêteté et intégrité, quelles que soient nos opérations, et à se conformer à tout moment à toutes les lois et réglementations applicables, conformément au code de déontologie POL-SUS-001 Marken.

The Marken Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy (the “ACP”) is intended to ensure that Marken and our Affiliates, as well as our respective officers, directors, employees, Vendors and anyone else who acts on behalf of Marken fulfill this commitment and comply with any and all applicable national and international laws, regulations and treaties, including:

1. anti-bribery and anti-corruption;

2. fraud or wilful misconduct;

3. anti-money laundering; and

4. anti-competitive (anti-trust).
